John O'Korn from Aquinas has started all season as a true freshman at Houston and while he had a couple sub par games at end had a pretty solid year. He threw for 2889, 60% completion 26 TDs and only 8 Int and was right up the road. It seems to me he is light years ahead of Olsen so I wonder if we even gave him a good look as he appears to be a better character kid who was well coached.

He's at Houston and how exactly is it fact that he's light years ahead of Olsen? Maturity wise he may be, but I'm sure his maturity level isn't the reason he thought his best choice would be Houston. They say You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. So if this situation fits into that logic, I guess we missed on him. I don't think we did though. We got who we wanted! Besides, college helps build character, so let Olsen have time to get his character straightened!

I just think we need to get a game manager type of QB again ala Dorsey. as far as Olsen I don't think he is as good as Kaya anyway.

Gibson is headed to O$U or maybe UiF (now that they are going to be a spread offense). He is a spread/option QB, ALL THE WAY! He's not a QB that would sign on to run whatever the **** offense were running. Now, that being said, we still going to recruit the **** outta him.

I agree he is an athletic freak but he's more of a Braxton Miller or Auburn's Msrshall at qb right now... I think Treon was a better passer at this stage in their careers (and last year he was just an athlete playing qb)... The kid can play but I think He's a Pat White, Tony Rice, B. Miller type player right now...

The O'Korn kid is good. But you can't deny the talent of Olsen coming out last year. Same thing as Shaun White this year I think. That kid is pretty solid. Can't get them all.
