In the first half. Unfortunately our QB couldn't help his team stay on the field and we just ran out of looks. Emptied the playbook. When he had to execute under pressure he wasn't as sharp. Once the pressure was off it was like practice.

Threw 2 bad passes, that was all that was wrong. What was he 5 for 6 on 3rd down in the first half. Hope he leaves after next year. Kid is a baller.

Bottom line was he could just look towards highsmith and throw at whatever receiver he was running nominally close to.

Yeah on the scrambles he got yards but he was taking damage. In his post game interview he even hinted that his teammates had to lift him back up. If we could have generated any type of drive to start the half I would have liked to see how he responded then.

Our zone D was actually pretty good you could see guys were locked in and forcing tight throws. When those. Throws were off we made. Them pay. But at a certain point Highsmith and green are going to happen. After gaining 0 yards in the 3rd we had to empty the entire 2nd half gameplan right there.
 
we at least slowed down the hype train. against a legit team with a D he'll be truly exposed

Sorry those days are over. Once we go to playoff this is just a mid year road block, before a rematch for a possible chance to make the playoff.
