the reason we cant rely on the upperclassmen is because they arent winners. kids like cain, cleveland, gaines, morris, feliciano, aj, rodgers, etc were just glad to get to play at miami. The 2012 and 2013 kids came here to win. look at the body language difference. the upperclassmen seemed like they expected or accepted the loss. the younger kids look ****ed.

A lot of those guys actually lack talent and are overachievers. It is what it is, they're not losers, though.

Couldn't be further from the truth.
 
It is what it is... When our under classmen are upper classmen with continuing to bring in great classes

this is the difference. look at morris who seems complacent. its like the loss doesnt even bother him. meanwhile, bush looks like he wants to rip someone's head off.
chick and bush look ****ed. morris is suppose to be a leader? he isnt even embarrassed he got outplayed by a rs freshman

That kid had offers from just about everybody, including FSU. smh

i forgot, its all coach d's schemes. My point was a winner's mentality. like duke johnson who is an undersized rb and is willing to be run into the ground for his teammates without complaining. meanwhile a monster like sentrel doesnt even try to help him up.

So you must be a body language expert. Joe Flacco is the same way... Sorry Charlie, but if you've ever played football you would know this sh*t. I played at Hampton University from 99-2002 I had a lot of teammates like this. Some take losing harder than others do.
 
A lot of those upperclassmen you mentioned are good players. It's just clear after watching last night that we are 1 to 2 solid classes away from truly being elite.

With the studs we are bringing in for our next class regardless of who is starting at QB, I think next years team is going to be very very good.

Just think about what we'll have at RB. Duke, Joe Yearby, Brandon Powell, and Dallas Crawford. (I think Edwards will become a very dangerous FB)

We just have to be patient. I think we have all realized by now that Golden is the right man for this job and he's going to coach up the talent.

i am a patient fan. i love the canes. i said we were a year away. however, i just feel like when i see us losing to a rival like that and morris is smiling on the sideline. he is a joke of a leader. jacory would have never smiled.

Morris has been pretty awful this year. I don't know what else to say about him. Let's hope he regroups because we sure as **** need him if we have 6 games left to play. (4+ acc champ. + bowl game)
