Will Panthers put the blame on Ken Dorsey? or on Cam Newton

Since it's a bye week, I thought I'll bring a different topic up for discussion. I noticed that Cam Newton has been in the news for his lackluster play over the last few weeks. If he continues to regress in his performances, do you think the Panthers will use Ken as a scapegoat for Newton poor play this year? (even though Ken started to work with him this year and Cam was horrible last year before Ken arrived)

Cam Newton wasnt horrible at all last year or his rookie year.

He needs to go to another team that knows how to run an offense and sign talent on that side of the ball.

Well, maybe not horrible, but it's safe to say he's not living up to expectations.
 
To answer the OP's original question. Neither! The blame is going squarely on the shoulders of the Head Coach. RR, is about to be fired!
 
Mike Shula, Brandon Lafell as his #2, Smitty falling off and Mike Shula as your OC is a disaster waiting to happen.

This is a new OC and a Dorsey's first coaching gig in the pros (he was a scout prior). I think he will survive.
 
It's not on Cam. Greg Olsen is his only reliable target and he has a terrible line & OC. He had a good rookie year and a solid 2nd year. He'll bounce back.

No way Dorsey gets any blame, it's his 1st year.

As a Panther's fan, he's played ok. He still does things like lock on to WR's and hold on to the ball too long. But there are factors also out of his control like Terrible HC/OC and probably the worst OL in the league that doesn't give him time. Inconsistent WR play, I love smitty more than anybody but dude is not as effective as a #1 WR right now.
