Will Miami and others sue?

If the COI decides they want to give Miami additional HARSH penalties...Will Miami Sue the NCAA if the NCAA calls their bluff?

I truly believe that the NCAA will probably give us some BS like 9 Schollies for 3 years. Something that I think UM will just say fine just to get it done.

But If NCAA wants another bowl ban on top of the schollyies, will Donna sue?

Also - Does the Coaches? Hurtt, Haith, or anyone mentioned in the case who get a show cause or a reprimand sue also.

I got two: 1. 9 scholarships in addition to the harsh self-imposed sanctions and quasi-sanctions (the brutal **** Coach Al has been through for his entire tenure trying to fight this Energizer Bunny fake investigation on the recruiting trail) would be a heavy additional penalty in light of the thoroughly corrupt fake investigation; 2. You should have put this in the existing NCAA thread, hotshot.
 
touchy touchy this morning Franchise...I know this **** got everyone on edge. I feel ya but lets not jump all over each other. We are in this together. Re: ur post, I agree totally, additional sanctions on top of what we have already have done to ourselves given the cluster fack that is the NCAAssholes investigation would be ludacris.
