Wide Receivers

Scott healthy is in the top four. He's the most physical wr we have. Why they don't run him a drags and slants majority if the time blows my mind?

May have something to do with his inability to stay on the field.

He was on the field his majority of Sr year. Think it was nine games.

I knew one of you would come running to defend the staff, even though it wasn't that negative of a comment. Just more of a question.i figured it would be one of a few guys and I was correct. You guys are just as bad as the mopes lol.

It's like a political board, positive comment and you're ripped for sunshine. If it comes off some what negative or questioning the staff ......you're a " mope". I swear.

Oh btw, Coley has mentioned multiple times his offense is all about the deep ball. And last year he proved it by refusing to use shorter underneath passing game. So what does it matter if Scott is on the field? Will he be used correctly or to his strength? Just like Duke not being used in the passing game.

Oops, I questioned Coley about using Duke, I'm double mopey.

Dorsett needs to be on the field against teams that play a lot of cover 1 and 2. He's too fast and is the best we have at taking the top of the defense. Coley is the most versatile and Dorsett on the field gives him a chance to work underneath the safeties and run after the catch. Lewis and Scott are great in the slot but I'd give Scott the nod due to size right now. Waters is 5th.

He was on the field his entire Soph year.

I should've known one of you would come running to defend the staff, even though it wasn't that negative of a comment. You guys are just as bad as the mopes lol.

Btw , Coley has mentioned multiple times his offense is all about the deep ball. And last year he proved it by refusing to throw shorter underneath routes. So what does it matter if Scott is on the field?

Did you see who our QB was? That was nearly impossible to do. We've seen them throwing in the middle of the field more than we seen with Morris as our QB.

I don't want to hear that Morris can throw a five yard route crap, Fisch used them quite a bit. And we had success. Scott had 600 yards his Soph year.

SM flat out regressed under Coley, plain an simple . With a far easier schedule .

Coley wants to throw deep balls, we know this . Just watch the spring practices , spring game and all last season . Better yet, he's mentioned it multiple times.

College is about high percentage short throws, getting guys in space , there's nothing simpler than a five yard cross or slant. Sorry to burst bubbles.
