Why We Need a Change for Recruiting...

  1. It's logical to assume we are going to get a recruiting drop. That understood, we need one of these hot shot HC or OC's that work miracles with lesser talent and would really be good with SoFl 3 star athletes before the 4/5* want to join.
  2. We have to get out of the stone age and get a HC or OC that is an offensive dynamo. Excitement attracts talent and fans.
  3. Lastly we have to take a huge leap forward, recognize the rules favor the offence and become a modern day big city team that people are excited about and want to tune in to see. We need to understand the entertainment value to attracting fans, primetime tv and top talent.

Ppl threw rocks at me b4 the season started when I said UM needs to look up the road tand see wat FAU is doing with far less talent. Now ppl r calling for Kendal Briles. Ive said it for awhile now 3 red flags with this staff. DB recruiting losing ELITE talent, offensive line play,N RICHTS PLAYCALLING. How is it that teams like Texas Tech put up video game numbers with a 3rd string freshman QB n far less talent than us.

Their offense last year, which kendal briles coached, was impressive. But even so look at UCF USF Texas Tech WVU OU OSU Toledo etc all more creative than the junk we run. I seriously feel the offensive game has passed CMR by.

Richt just said they worked hard on plays in practice that he's used for thirty years. If anything, opposing coaches with lesser talent will have him scouted and analyzed down to the smallest detail. They will know exactly what he's going to run. No surprises.

The offensive game has passed him by. We can not continue on this track we've seen vanilla **** b4 in goldens defense.

All those teams have better QB's than us too. I do agree CMR is a terrible play caller.

Not that I dont agree with your points but use a better example than TT.....they havent won their conference since.....to lazy to go look but pretty sure its been awhile
 
I’ll admit going into the year I wasn’t agreeing with people that said we need an OC. But I’ve come to realize now. We can put up 40 a game with the talent we have if a creative mind is behind the offense. I just don’t think that happens with Richt, reason he took the job was to get back to playcalling his scheme.

The point is TT puts up points in bunches, win, lose, or draw. The reason they dnt win is bc of defense, we have a defense. If we TT offense with our defense we would be scary.

Really didn’t say anything we already done know. But one thing Richt isn’t going anywhere but yes we need a new OC bad. Also move John somewhere else.

Trust me. Recruiting ain’t never that lineant. One win won’t cause any debacle. Flrorida was top 15 last year without a bowl game and FSU almost cracked the top 10 while getting Boston college’s **** throbbed down their throat. We will be fine in that regards.
 
Also look at the season Texas had last year and they finished number 3. Recruiting is more about brand and connections than winning specially when you still have a change to win 10 games like we do.
