Why is the TIME messed up on the posts ?

I know this is 101% not important and Im expecting to be bashed.
But could someone explain why the TIME a post is made and by whom ect ect ect is messed up

For example, it could be Tuesday at 11 am and someones post will say "posted today at 8:45 PM"......which would be impossible unless we were in a time warp.

Do you live in Casablanca because that is what you set in your profile?
I have adjusted your settings to the east coast check now to make sure it's the right time..
If the time is still off, turn off Daylight savings options..
