People have a bias to favor themselves.

Those names pop up quicker into someone's head. People who take positional coaching jobs, usually are graduate assistants first. How many graduate assistants can most people name?
 
I think we should hire the all-time great players at every position as our position corches. Let's start with Jerry Rice as WR corch since that's open.
