Fact...... Georgia and Bama each now have 9-10 staff to do nothing more
than evaluate potential recruits and the three counties in SE Florida
produce 150 D1 players.One question, why would the U invest that
amount of money in a recruiting staff if they are in your backyard?

Something Miami consistently has trouble doing down here...developing, maintaining, and keeping relationships with tri-county schools and players.

Relationship building,do you think Saban and Smart would ever allow
there 10 person Recruiting dept.would be allowed to leave the building
in place of them?

They are in charge in social media and mailing...staying in contact...following their high school journey...arranging phone calls and meet ups.

Richt need to rethink having 3 poor recruiteres on his defensive staff.Kool,Diaz and Rumph are awful recruiters,only Banda has the charizma,energy,personality to be a top recruiter and is the reason Richt has him helping Rumph coach DBs.If Kool and Diaz are untouchable the Rumph needs to go and bring a good recruiter to coach all DBs and have Banda coach special teams or TEs a la Coley at georgia.

How is Banda any better at recruiting than Rumph?

Banda doesnt retweet other kids commiting to a rival with thank yous.

Banda doesnt have trouble landing kids hes known since they were 9.

I mean Banda is essentially teaching rumph the recruiting game they go out alot together recruiting wise.

Banda has a natural gift for it, hes superior on the trail to Rumph

Banda still lost Jobe, ***an, Davis and Wright - he is not much better than Rumph

at Georgia and Bama looking at sites like this one,Warchant and
Gator Talk? There damm sure not going to put them on the road
to ***** up Saban and Smart's visits!
