Who's on First? ACC Playoff Scenarios

As it's always been, all we can control is how we play. Win the rest of the games on the schedule and we'll see what that means at the end of the regular season.

Hate to even entertain this but ill make it short.

Virginia Tech often loses a game you'd think they'd win. But these last two games are just too predictable. Out of the whole ACC, VA and MD may be the least competitive of the lot. Maryland would have some chance, but with their injuries it's slim to none.

Plus...aside from one strange scenario, wed have to win out. Bottom line, forget about the ACC coastal this year.

Agree - but anything can happen if we win tomorrow, **** nobody had the Jets or Mets in 69.

Can't bring myself to read it.

VT wins out - they win coastal.

VT loses one - we have to win out - we win coastal.

VT and UM both go 1-1 in the last 2 conference games if we lose to Duke, then Duke has inside track. If we lose to UVA and beat duke and VT loses one more, then I have no idea.

Yeah, I figured as much. I just couldn't stomach the notion that we have to look at scenarios when we let it slip away for the millionth time.

Scenario 11: Georgia Tech 5-3; Duke lose to Miami then wins out; Virginia Tech loses once; Miami loses to Pitt; Pitt wins out.

Five-way tie again! Georgia Tech is 2-2, Duke is 1-3; Virginia Tech is 3-1; Miami is 2-2; Pitt is 2-2. Virginia Tech wins again.
