That IMG qb is not our guy, so we need to at least find another guy at the qb position

I wouldn't mind trying to flip Jordan Travis from Louisville, and developing a local dual threat guy.
 
The best QB in the country is Trevor Lawrence but he’s definitely not an option. **** shame he went to Clemson. The options for QB right now are pretty limited. Maybe the Thompson kid we could try to flip from Texas.

Maybe during the camp circuit but I’ll take Lawrence anyday in a game.

I have to think, given our coaches speaking to past recruiting deficiencies being the reason for our lack of "competitive depth", we would not offer a scholarship to a QB that we didn't have total confidence in.

I say we just take a PWO. Offer a kid that takes his team to a state championship. I know Cocoa has a kid that runs their offense well.

Foster, Thompson, Fortin, DTR are all great options

Adrian Martinez, Michael Penix, Jordan Travis, and Carter Bradley would all be good additions as well.

Lots of possibilities. I'm sure we've been pursuing some of these guys quietly for awhile now

i agree we should take a QB every year. But, last year we took 2 and by all accounts, both Weldon and Perry are the most talented QBs on our team right now... I dont think we are desperate for one and thats also why Richt was willing to take on a flawed prospect with upside like Sitz..

Lawrence just broke all of D Watson's GA QB records.

Kids stats are crazy. Averages 20 yards per completion (75% completion pct, 34 TD's and 1 Int).
 
The best QB in the country is probably some unheralded 3 star kid. It usually always is.

There is always a QB ranked in that 20-30 range who turns out to be **** good in college.
 
2018 Jack Tuttle out of California offers the best overall package. Unfortunately he is committed to Utah.

Dorian Thompson Robinson... has one of the strongest arms in this class and is electric when running with the ball in his hands
