The easy answer is Tracy Howard. I could see another one of the corners getting time in the slot as well. If AJL makes it in he will likely get some good PT.
Duke - the need for a high end RB is there
Kirby - big enough and also, a position where, if someone steps up, a starting spot is there
Howard (maybe) - position of need. If he's the goods, he plays.
Gunter (maybe) - decent experience at a pos. of need. He's an EE...if he learns the D, he could start.
If the upperclassmen continue to play like they did in previous years I could see Howard opposite of Finnie, Bush or Jenkins at Safety, Kirby at LB, Hamilton opposite of Chickillo, Lockhart at WR, and Gadbois or Flowers opposite of Henderson
McCord may have a chance to start or aleast play alot. We have no one opposite of Chick that has shown they can start next year. Also Jelani will be coming in after a injury and will need lots of time and rehab.
starting doesnt mean much because teams play so many guys now anyway......but the 3 most obvious guesses to start in the 2 deep are gadbois.....gunter.......and lockhart.....because those are the 3 guys coming in with experience
