When to purchase tickets

First time getting single game tickets on my own. I’m planning on going to the Boston college game with my family. Right now tickets are 100 and up for seats but it looks like all tickets are no available and those prices seem high. Is it best to buy now or wait for all tickets to be available? Appreciate the help

Wanna know my self wanna go to my 1st game and want it to be against FSU I saw tickets on stub hub it was $163 for lower end zone 130 is that to high? Need help

If they continue to win prices will go up.
 
Price will go up if they have a season similar to last year. I always buy prior to season
