Here is a few IMG notes from my homie

1. Evan Neal is heavily recruiting Donte Lucas to join him in college and its looking like it will be Miami. My homie says Donte is a big a** momma boy but he is one of the strongest on the team. He doesnt get an FSU feel from Lucas.

2. He still feels Trey Sanders will end up at Miami just based on who he is always around in school and their talks about recruiting. Only other school he really talks about is Florida.

3. Said Jermaine Burton was the best WR on the team last year in Practice but he left because he wasnt getting the game experience because IMG tends to play the seniors first for exposure.

4. He is not sure why Miami hasnt offered David Baldwin, the new IMG QB from California. He think he will blow up this spring and summer leading into the season.

5. In his 5 years there, he thinks this might be the best IMG squad coming up this year.

Man I really wish IMG wasn't a thing. It really feels like most kids don't get the most out of the game day experience and don't get the chance to be the alpha and develop that dog mentality for 3-4 years in HS. I get all the benefits and that part is awesome but just feels like something big is missing on game day.

I heard the same thing about Lucas but Burton was cuz of grades

I asked him the same thing.

He said Neal will probably commit over the summer. He said the IMG coaches tell the players all the time to take as much visits that they need and to commit to a school not the coaches. They want players to commit and then shut it down. Not to commit until they are ready. The coaches dont want the rep of being the school where players commit and decommit all the time.

A large benefit for Miami, though is it gives us an even better opportunity to see and recruit some of the top out-of-state players in the country - like Hightower in last year's class and Burton, too.

Seems like we're in really good shape with players at the school and as long as we continue to produce on the field, we'll continue to get top players from IMG.

That's true. Definitely helps to have them close to us.

I’m greedy we need to get Neal, Wright & Lucas we pull those 3 there’s not a RB in the country that says no to coming here this class.

I noticed the same thing last year when I watched them here in Cali

They are a school of mercenaries not much leadership on the sidelines
