It's an 8/15 Bank and it was just on my feed as the most recent post, so...recently...verrrrrry recently...
There could be several reasons why you saw a thread in your feed and then it suddenly disappeared. Here are a few possibilities:

  1. Content Refresh: Social media feeds often refresh or update regularly to show new content. The thread you saw might have been pushed down by newer posts or threads as the feed refreshed.
  2. Algorithm Changes: Social media platforms use algorithms to determine what content is shown to users. If the platform's algorithm detected that the thread wasn't engaging or relevant to you, it might have been removed from your feed to make room for more relevant content.
  3. User Action: If the thread was posted by someone you follow and they deleted it, the thread would disappear from your feed as well. Similarly, if you or someone else reported the thread for violating platform guidelines, it might have been removed.
  4. Technical Glitch: Sometimes, technical glitches or errors can lead to content disappearing temporarily. It could be due to issues with the platform's servers, your internet connection, or the app itself.
  5. Platform Policies: If the thread contained content that violated the platform's policies or guidelines, the platform might have removed it to ensure a safe and appropriate user experience.
  6. Privacy Settings: If the thread was posted by a user with restricted privacy settings, you might have seen the thread momentarily due to cached data, but as the platform recognized the privacy restrictions, the thread could have disappeared.
  7. Personalized Content: Social media platforms often show users content based on their interactions, interests, and engagement history. If the thread wasn't aligned with your preferences, it might have been replaced by content that the algorithm believed you would find more interesting.
  8. Limited Visibility: Sometimes, threads might be visible only for a certain period of time, such as stories that disappear after 24 hours. If the thread was in a format like this, it would vanish after the designated time.
If you're concerned about missing content or threads disappearing, it's a good idea to check the platform's help center or support resources to see if they have any information about the situation. Keep in mind that social media platforms are complex systems with various factors influencing the content you see.

Hmmm Maybe a last second change? I would think it would be posted very soon whatever the case.

Nothing wrong with accidentally publishing too early, pulling it to clean it up and then reposting. Just ask the Georgia District Attorney's office.
