Get the recruiting board up, then we'll talk.

Once the season begins...some weekly "Stock Up / Stock Down" type of feature with some kids you've seen play. Obviously, some local HS game write-ups that you, Cam'ron, and Tito-meng go see each week. Maybe some weekly features on kids you guys do a hardcore evaluation of at a game. Like, for example...you check out Booker T and focus hard on Matthew Thomas and put together a real indepth, 1000 word type of scouting report on Thomas. Obviously, very Miami prospect-centric. Maybe some "hidden gem" type feature where you spotlight some potentially non-Miami centric prospects that are making noise in SoFla that you think could be good players at lower end schools (basically, uncovering the TY Hilton, Louis Delmas of the world).

Just stuff that separates this site from scout, 247, and rivals...all of those sites lack a certain depth and level of analysis that I think dedicated writers with freedom can exploit.
 
What about a master list on offense and defense?

This can state prospects that Miami is interested in by position accompanied by a short write-up on any new info.

Like Larry said also a little Stock-up/Stock-down.

We already have that...it's called the Big Board, I released it about two weeks ago and there should be a new one early this week
 
Is that the one you post on the board?

Is there a way to get to it besides the recruiting board?

I'm kind of tied to Miramar games (since I work there, and announce the home games), but I will do my best to cover Broward and report back on what I see.

Set up a separate forum where only you guys can create new threads and have one thread for each player with the players name and recruiting year.

I am not a fan of having a board where only certain users can access. Having some type of board where everyone can read but only those that meet certain criteria can post is a possibility. I think it would have to be rep based.
