Tracy's INT in the Florida game. After that play it hit me that we were in really good shape to beat Florida; a Top 10 Florida team at the time.

Man, that was sweet.

For it to be his 1st ever pick, the fact Quincy Wilson had been talking so much smack about him on Twitter and that Florida was the school we out recruited for him made it that much sweeter. Oh, and the sideline point afterwards didn't hurt either.

That was sweet. My favorite moment is from the same game when Tyriq strip sacked Driskell.

Both great examples of our youth movement.....
I liked the last drive at UNC.....pounded the rock and great throws by Stephen......

the Coley run last week at Pitt....

Yea, I'd say Dallas' last second TD vs UNC was my 2nd favorite.

Yelled so loud when he crossed the plane.

Single moment? The stadium exploding when McCord sawed Driskel in half icing the UF game. More than a moment, I loved the last drive against UNC, though that game gave me aneurysm. Looking back, the best play, or my favorite play was either Coley's run against Pitt, or Morris' second TD against FSU.

The day we finally received a decision on the NCAA crap. That was a BIG day for Miami football (in a macro sense, i.e. much more than just in terms of this season).

That took for-freaking-ever and I'm genuinely glad it's over.

tough choice between the Florida game & the conclusion of the ncaa scandal... I'll go with the Florida game. The stadium was electric.

I have plenty of good memories, for example: DP smashing the WF runner, Tyriq killing the GT QB, the various clutch catches from some of our WR's, etc....BUT the ****** taste in my mouth due to the 350,000 yds we have given up kind of overshadows those memories. I hate the thought of having to endure another year of this sub-mediocre defensive performance.

Excellent post.

It's good to relive some of the good moments, rather than wallowing in the misery, as many of us (myself included) have been doing since VT and Duke.

the way howard and mccord reacted after those two huge plays for a second took me back to the glory days...emphasis on "for a second"

I liked Coleys long crazy TD run against Pitt. That told me we have another super elite talent on offense. A guy defenses will have to account for on every play. A super weapon for whoever our QB is next year. The other thing out of that game was Gus. We may get Cook and Yearby, but Edwards is a big back who has very good running skills (vision, speed, agility). With a year in Utough, he'll add power and he's going to be a force next year. In our bowl game, I'd expect Edward and Coley to be the guys we try and get the ball to. That's crazy, two true freshman leading the way.

The moment I realized Coley was as good as I'd hoped he'd be: VTech screen for a TD. He ran through an NFL secondary with ease. That's going to mean a lot to us for the next two years.

Mine was the bomb in the Florida game to dorsett, I jumped so high I hit my head on my ceiling fan. Good thread btw

Either that Tracy pick vs UF or the Deon Bush pick vs FSU. I really liked Deon's because he's had such a difficult season and it was big play that led to a tie game, also his dad got to see it happen live which is awesome.

Golden leading the team down to the student section after we beat UiF.

Call me a ******, I don't give a ****, I still remember how awesome that feeling was.

Two significant memories for me from this season:

1) The UF game. The whole game is one giant memory that I will have forever.

2) Spending well north of one thousand dollars to attend the Va Tech game in Miami only to sit thru a driving rain storm and watch the Canes wet the bed. I watched two identical offenses. One was shutdown by an agressive coaching scheme, the other was allowed to flourish against a soft, scared defensive scheme.
