What if we faced Texas A&M like many people predicted..... ?

In my opinion, Manziel probably would have had a field day running around in circles then finding Mike Evans down field for 30 yards.

We would have got our *** kicked like we did last night

Probably score a few more points and give up even more

This. The only difference is we wouldn't have allowed Bridgewater and the rest of the Miami refugees the satisfaction of dropping a steamer on our chests.

People would have probably rationalized it a lot more than they are rationalizing this loss.

Maybe some people here watch Miami and only Miami. Thats honorable, I guess. I assume most here are like me and watch probably 14 hours of football on Saturday, then I am dumb enough to catch the recap shows. And I'm here to tell you Jonny Football throws for 600 yrds and runs for another 100 as they put at least 70 on us at minimum. That ****y sonofbitch would love to put up some big numbers on the U. He absolutely would run up the tunnel and pull out some 6 shooters for all of Texas to see.

who cares.. we need to worry about how we get a new D Coordinator and securing elite talent before NSD

Correct. But, not much more yardage. They stop counting when you get to the endzone. There is only so much damage a team can do with a possession. We are at about max right now.

We get wiped off the field, like we do anytime we play a team with a winning record.

Golden's preperation would have been no different, this team came out to lay down against UL, and would have done the same against ANYONE they played.

We get our *** kicked but maybe we get a disinterested Johnny Football like he has been most of the year and they only hang 499 yards on us.

I hate this new Dan.. :(

I dont get these comments, you want him to positively spin something that looks like crap on the field?! We ALL see the crap and you want him to tell you differently?

Golden already gets paid to do that...

doesn't he do that everyone though?

Or would you be expecting this defense to be the first to stop him?
SMH @ our fanbase.

Some of these dudes act like 6 year olds who want daddy to tell them a cute little fairy tale before they go to bed.

I would have rather gotten our @sses kicked by an SEC team we would have been underdogs to without Miami players on it than to have what happened against Louisville.
