We need to squash them. We need some kind of confidence. Our guys need to play balls to the wall like they are facing fsu.

Morris - no picks. 70% completion

Mike james - less snaps

Clements and duke - more carries

Crawford - give him a look ****, both crawfords.

Any wr- 100 yard game

Oline - no sacks

Defense - at least 2 turnovers and no tds given up.


We see these things, we see progress. 45 to 24 will not cut it imo.

You want Clements carrying the ball more?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he fumble on 3rd and short at a pivotal moment in the game last week?

He did but that one play, to me, doesnt indicate his body of work. He reminds me of damien berry when he stArted spelling coop. I think he got so excited that he was actually getting a carry he tried to do too much on that particular play.

Clements hits the hole harder than anyone ive ever seen.


Ive heard people say he gets lost after he makes his initial burst and has no top speed. Who gives a **** if hes averaging 4+ ypc.
 
No way in **** we don't give up a TD. But I think the rest of your wish list is attainable. As far as run plays being less predictable, I would like to see them line up in an I and pound it. Let hagens smash. You can run nice PAs off the I if we get the ball rolling. I just want to see the Defense execute a proper blitz.

Blew the game open on our first possession? That's a little unrealistic. Guys fumble sometimes. Duke dropped some passes. Do you think we should not throw to him anymore?

Good list, but one very key item is missing. Defense - lots of pressure on the QB and at least 2 sacks.

huh? That hardly cost us the game. It was just a piece of the pie that we took in the face.

This is a pivotal game for the young guys. Another slow start and I truly believe Miami could lose this game. BCC showed last year that can play with Miami for 3+ quarters, all the young guys bring that number up IMO.
I'd love a blow out, but I'm not sure we're going to see one.
 
I just want the freshmen to going balls to the wall. Make their mistakes at 100mph, not because they're tentative.
