IIRC usually get taken away on signing day to make sure the site doesn't crash

Signing day is a clown fest/ mope fest and people get their feel goods hurt, etc... It's like people during a full moon. You have a clash of positive pattys meet negative nancys and it doesn't mix well. They take it away to try and keep the board cleanish.
