Earlier in the year when the D looked good vs fau, sav st, usf and was solid in the red zone vs uf golden kept saying how much more depth and experince we had on D.

As soon as the D started to get lit up they went back to saying there was no depth and guys making mental errors.

So why not play gilbert, kamalu, grace, carter, blue etc. more?

If depth is a issue and the D is bad anyway why not give the younger guys reps during the year?

When did Coach Golden say he had no depth along the DL after the Florida game?

The boards have already turned into a ****fest over the defense. Can you imaging being 5-0 and suddenly start playing the guys you listed, THEN, be where we are now? Dumpster fire deluxe. If they changed horses in midstream we would never hear the end of it. Hindsight sucks.

The truth is that when the defense is this bad NO EXCUSES WILL DO. And, by excuses, I mean any explanation, no matter how valid or reasonable. Nobody wants to hear it.
