What do you think happens in coaching meetings?

So when Golden and Co rewatch the games what could they be thinking? I mean is it as simple as blaming the players? When the flats are wide open, does anyone have to explain themselves? Crossing patterns? I have never been a football coach on that level, so I just wonder to what level are the coaches asked to explain what happened? I cant believe that with the amount of coaching experience inside that locker room, that they cant see the glaring weaknesses..

They laugh about what's going on cause golden is a penn state fan and hates um his plan is to do us worst than randy did

No serious posts? I understand those that say this is Golden;s scheme and I dont know whether this is true or not but what about the other coaches. This isnt every coaches scheme. What must they be thinking?

They always talk about busted assignments and missed tackles which confirms that they genuinely believe in their scheme. Cutcliffe is going to expose us badly

I feel you man. **** is so obviously bad it's crazy. Really makes you wonder how those meetings go down.

I hope they read the threads on this site!!!
Has anyone been contacted for their opinion?
However, I have wondered what the **** they are seeing that some of the oldest and most devout fans are not or vice versa?

I tend to agree, but how can a player continually bust an assignment. VT is far from an innovator on offense. The coaches coach during the games.

They talk during halftime. I cant believe that every time there is a crossing pattern that we ***** it up, or everytime a RB goes to the flats that we ***** it up. I also cant believe that when watching film of the game the coaches can say wow this is a great defensive system we have in place, its only a matter of time before we dominate.

I think this is more about not bashing a coach publicly.
