than full strength anyway. what we've accomplished recruiting wise and football wise the last 3 years has been remarkable. can't wait to see what we do full strength and on the recruiting trail now.

I would think not. Why self-impose a lower cap if the NCAA has set your ceiling already? Unless the settlement is somehow predicated upon that condition.

Yeah, Golden wouldn't be rolling with 75 guys if he didn't think he can get credit for these reductions, IMO. Here's to hoping we are free
