With the new all-star staff, and TVD coming back, I booked a hotel room for the ACCCG at the beginning of the year two years ago... I booked early again last year, just before the Georgia Tech started. That went well.

I have booked my hotel in Charlotte for the ACCCG date super early, like May-June, every year since 2016 and only got to go in 2017.

I book it with a cancel by date and I’ve never even cut it close to that date. It’s usually cancelled in September lol
