Let's put last night's game in perspective.. it was a weekend of close games for many top teams.. including 3 ahead of us in the polls, OSU, Texas and Penn State.

It is the college game... kids are fatigued, lose focus and mental stamina around this time of the season. The good ones survive these weeks and regroup for the final push to the end of the regular season.

So in that perspective, I think we did just fine, even though it didn't turn out to be the blowout we wanted it to be.
Time for the final push to the ACCCG and beyond..

Lot's of parity this year.
-
SEC can't have more than 2 one-loss teams after regular season play

Oregon - looks best by a mile
OSU - overrated by played Oregon tough
Miami - Done enough
PSU - See Miami
BYU - best schedule of the undefeateds
Georgia - Might be best, except for one bad half against Bama
Texas - Can't put them ahead of Georgia
Indiana - the little engine that could
Aggies - Could be something with the QB switch
Notre Dame - the one loss seems an aberration
Clemson - the forgotten team
Army - G5 hero

Horns/Aggies loser could be out. Replace with either Iowa State or PItt/SMU winner.

But according to the so called “experts” and enemy fanbases, we haven’t played anyone.
We haven't. Stretching the data to "top 40" and the other P4 with a winning record. Florida has a winning record. So far only FSU (among teams we've played so far) doesn't.

They overhype the SEC and BIG 10 so much. I don't hear anyone talking about Ohio State's sorry schedule (they only played Oregon) or UT barely squeaking by UF, whom we dominated by three scores in their home field in front of 90k fans.
