Great win, but guys, I hate to spoil the buzz, but BC is about a bad a team as they come, and that was basically there second string offense out there.

Morris wouldn't start for any team we play this year, we drop ten passes a game like in the Shannon days, our O line gets beat like dogs more often than not, we have no D line (really, none, like zero) and if it weren't for a dozen dropped passes by BC, they would have scored 50 on us.

Teams are still 100% on 3rd and 10, and white recievers are open all day (which coincidentally, is how much the opposing QB has in the pocket)

As slow, inept and useless as KSU is, we may get a basketball score put on us. :(

I agree with you. but our o line played good but we also dropped numerous passes.... And Morris played a descent game

Dude you're tripping. The OL was pretty solid today. They were getting some decent holes for the RBs. I think Morris was also pretty good. Kid has a gun. If the WRs would have held on to the balls, he could have had a real good day. That pick wasnt on him. I thought he made good decisions for the most part and looked very comfortable in the pocket.

I thought our DBs look improved. The DL is a disaster, but I think the Offense has a lot of potential.

Were going to lose a lot of games this year, but its not as bad as you are making it out.

BC has 18 returning starters including a 3rd year QB. They are not all world but they have a ton of experience and we whooped that *** 1st game of the year on the road. Not a patsy.

See UFag vs Bowling Green home game #fail

BC is on par with most of the teams on our schedule. Not talent wise but as far as coaching and strength on the lines. Those are the teams that give us the most trouble.

SM played well. Made some mistakes but overall a solid game. Oline was worlds better. I saw them get beat only a few times.

Defense... We're in trouble unless some people come out and step up.

They were missing their top RB, WR and TE (all three of which would have made us toss their salad all day, imagine if they had a TE????)

My O line observation was the ritalin talking, it doesn't mix well with the bug juice!. I just don't like seeing James rush for -3 yards every other carry. You guys are right, Morris had time. MUCH improved!

As for my other observations? I am spot on.

Morris is better than EJ Manuel. Pretty sure he would start for Bethune Cookman.

There, I said it.

That's the single dumbest thing I've heard in months.

you can't really judge teams based on games early in the season, especially with a team as young as ours. Clemson almost lost to Wofford at home last year, VT struggled with East Carolina, etc.

On both sides of the ball we had freshmen and first year starters everywhere and got a W on the road against a conference opponent and that's all that matters.

Morris was fine. People must be forgetting about the dropped passes. The only unit that was flat out awful today was the d-line.
