The way I see it their are 2/3 scenarios

Option 1: OSU loses vs Texas and Smith comes back home where he belongs

Option 2: OSU wins the natty by winning tonight and Smith has no choice but to stay and Inniss decides to transfer to Miami to get become more of a feature in the offense out of smiths shadow (similar to what we saw with Julian Fleming going to PSU)

Option 3: option 2 but Carnell Tate or Inniss moves to another big time school and as a chain reaction one of the big times receivers of the P4 school he joins, enters the spring portal to come to Miami.
