Everyone knew Rosier was a limited guy, so I’m not exactly sure what he’s looking to prove by reappearing after a couple losses to declare himself a genius. What exactly was the other option this year? Play Perry who Dee admits didn’t even know the fcking playbook? LOL.

We didn’t go undefeated this year. Who the fck expected this team with all the questions at QB in the new regime’s second year to go undefeated? No one.

So we exceeded Dee’s expectations with Rosier at QB (Dee clearly stated on here that we’d win 8 games max with Rosier or Shirreffs), yet Dee is on here after disappearing while we were winning looking to gloat over what exactly? He wants people to believe that we would have been better than 10-2 with a true freshmans QB who didn’t know the playbook? LULZ

Easiest way to explain it is right now politics are involved. He just completed a season with absurd stats and 1 pick which he threw at the end of the game in the state championship. Hes a lil upset to be honest & we want more schools to offer before we do. Bama & unc are about to offer. Within a month hes gonna have another 20 offers. Kid will be top 5 at worst as a pro style even though **** run for 800 atleast.

Im sorry i obviously got out of context. My point all along wasnt wins or losses. Clearly i did say a total there when my point was simply mediocre all along. U win. Thanks, Thriller. I didn’t look for the thread, but I knew Dee claimed we’d top out at 7 or 8 wins with Rosier. I don’t usually call guys out unless I’m certain about what they said.

Sad thing here is I like Dee. I just don’t like the selective “I was right all along” bullshyt when you weren’t really right about anything and you were nowhere to be seen when we were 10-0.

In this thread, he reappeared to anoint himself a genius when, in fact, Rosier proved him and his other harshest critics completely wrong. As the thread has evolved, he’s pretty much transformed his stance to “I was right about Rosier (even though he wasn’t because he had Rosier pegged as a cripple we couldn’t win any real games with), but my guy Perry didn’t even know the playbook so he would have been a disaster. But I wanted to see him anyway because I can’t wait till next year when he should actually be ready to play.”

I don’t even know what he’s trying to do at this point other than convince people he was right about Rosier while ignoring what his actual opinion on Rosier was.

I never anointed Rosier a golden child. I said he was our best option. Rick agreed.

And as it turned out, I was right in pretty much everything I said about Rosier. Said he was a limited guy, but he'd be our best chance to win 10 games and to win the Coastal, which were Coach Rick's stated goals for this team. He said repeatedly that he wanted to win the Coastal this year, and we did it.

Going forward, I'll be ecstatic if someone beats Rosier out because I don't think he's a very good QB. And if we don't have anyone who can beat him out next season, then the other QBs on the roster suck and aren't what we hoped they'd be.
