Watching In The Huddle after the Aquinas game they're going over some of the best prospects on some of the teams in the state championship. Not sure how old the highlight is but they showed him make a play and then throw up the U.

We recruited him, but he didn't get his offer as quickly as he thought he deserved - we continued to evaluate him during the season - and he sort of got a complex with us. I think we stepped up our recruitment of him briefly, and then there was some campaigning by him for his less talented brother Mackenro to get a scholarship.

Something along those lines. So many kids, so many recruiting cycles, my memory of the drama with each is sometimes spotty. But we were in the mix a few months back, lots of flirting, never got serious.
