In case you guys missed it, Olivier Vernon destroyed the Jets today, blocking a FG and returning a blocked punt for a TD.

guys a beast...good pick by miami in the mid rounds...he coulda made so much more money tho but hes breaking out for sure

lol mid rounds he was a second round pick i believe 2nd round money is great and with this ****tty team he would of probably gotten worse... Good move for him
 
Vernon could've definitely been a beast on our line this season. We desperately needed him to stay. At least he's on the fins

thanks for fact checking for him so i didnt have to. thats besides the point tho. least hes beasting it up for one of my teams

Why? The kid had enough talent to be the best DE here since McDougle. Yet, he never ever ever lived up to his hype while he played here.

Just cause he is blowing up in the NFL, doesn't mean he would have "beasted" here.
 
Maybe he can rep the U with a donation later on because he definitely left us with a void at his position.
