Originally from North Miami Beach, played his prep ball at Dr. Krop High. Had 15 catches for 400 yards and 9 TDs as a senior at Krop, after posting 499 receiving yards and 8 TDs as a junior. He was rated a 3 star receiver according to 247 and chose USF over FIU. I saw him play against Southridge in high school & do Shawn Davis and Antwan Collier dirty.

The 6'2 210 lb St. Felix redshirted his first year in 2017, then led USF with 33 catches for 680 yards and 4 TDs & set a USF record with 4 straight games with 100+ yards receiving as a redshirt freshman in 2018. He battled injuries & dealt with bad QB play the last two years but when healthy he has gorilla glue hands & is an excellent route runner with good speed. He is a grad transfer with normally one year of eligibility left, but two due to the NCAA making 2020 a free year.

We saw the effect KJ Osborn had, he was a 2 star that signed with Buffalo, came here as a grad transfer and was immediately our best receiver. I would love for us to bring Randall in.

He needs to be here. He’s instantly be the best WR on roster.
Really? 15 catches for 150 yards and 1 touchdown in 2020 and he's instantly our best? 7 TDs over three years and he's instantly our best? We don't have any dominant receivers, but c'mon.

@Liberty City El

can you help with promotion here?
I'd take him.

He's significantly better than Wiggins playing the same position as X-WR, but can play Flanker as well.

Physically he'd be the biggest WR we have in terms of upper body strength, right now we have a bunch of skinny thin framed kids with room to grow, he has a similar physical build to Kamar Aiken, except with better long speed as a Deep threat that can stretch the field.

If the NCAA makes a ruling on IC's in January & we have room, I wouldn't mind us bringing him in, Idk if the staff would be interested in him though, but I think he's good enough to play here & agree with @Goulds Cane comparison in impact to KJ Osborn.

With us signing 3/4 WR's (depending on what we do with Curtis) in this class idk what the staff's plan is at adding any Portal WR's although I agree we could definitely use one.

I wish Joshua Youngblood would've waited a few months instead of going to Rutgers, but if we do have room & we want to take a WR I'd be good with St. Felix, I'd even take a flyer on Dylan Wright from TAMU.

And since there's been discussions about FCS players recently, I'd take Xavier Gipson from SFA (Leonard Hankerson is WR's coach there) as the eperfect replacement for Harley at Slot WR, but given that he's a local Dallas kid he'd probably go to SMU if he entered the portal.

You don't know how bad USF's QB situation has been. They've literally had a kid start for 2 years now that can't throw a forward pass.

Idk why I’m responding to this because he’s been hurt the last 2 years but he’s been the best WR in the AAC and was his freshman year. Kid is the goods. Go watch his freshman tape if you don’t believe it.

IDK why I respond to this, but a kid that has been hurt for the last two years would instantly be our best receiver? You deliver that as fact? Again, c'mon.

I guess we'll see where he ends up and what he does.

Can he play corner?!?!

Seriously, when you have a bunch of wr’s that get minimal burn. Stop playing Pope and Wiggins and let’s focus on current, plus who’s coming in.

We need corners, at least two more, a QB in this cycle and another OL.
