ESPN Football Recruiting - Player Rankings - ESPN

Players were dropped from the 300 and are now 3 star recruits:

Ross
Thompson
Ford
Scott (dropped in the 300 like I said he would, once better options emerge he will be dropped from this class)

Players that dropped slightly but not out of the 300:

Burns (from 21 to 62)
Donaldson (dropped a couple of spots)

Players either rose or entered the 300:

Perry (rose from somewhere in the 112 range to 84)
Henderson (first time in the 300)

Why would they drop Scott? I agree there are better options at reciever, but why take his commitment early anyway? Antoine Thompson is better if you ask me

Don't understand why we accepted commits from Scott or Billy Gibson. Both should be plan b or c type recruits. The only Southridge kid in the Class of 2017 good enough to play here is Davis

Gibson is a take. Rangy, hard hitting safety that fits this defense. I don't hear from him or know if he's active on the camp circuit he seems to be more low key about his recruitment.

Scott is questionable. He's not as bad as some on here make it seem, but seems like a reach.

I'm not high on Gibson.....he is a in the box safety....I prefer a coverage guy

I think Banda and Diaz wanted an in the box guy to go with some coverage guys.

Isn't Finley more of an in the box type? Apparently they want that at the SS spot.
