I’m neither for nor against Nunez, but some posters are missing some key points: 1) it’s New Mexico… not sure how successful one can be there (but of course should not be our standard. 2) seems like they really want to bring in a guy (Zo?) overseeing football and most likely the HC… which big time, or really good AD wants to come here not overseeing the #1 sport? I’m sure some candidates are not willing to give up that power. And 3) why are you obsessed with his football teams record, if Zo will run football? Or are we concerned with basketball, baseball or womens soccer?
Again not advocating for Nunez, but I mean what do we know about an AD, his visions and current workplace/challenges
