UM offer Plant ILB Adrew Beck who is very a very fluid LB however, I like 2014 ILB Troy Reeder from Wilmington, Delaware just as much if not better and he is faster at 6'3" 232lbs with a 4.5 40yd (laser timed).

Now Reeders competition level maybe suspect but he will be down at UM this summer for a Camp, to test how he compares to S. FLA talent. Oh Yeah and UM offered him 2 months ago, he seems to be leaning toward UVA slightly because academics are key for his family. I am thinking UM could take both in the 2014 class, I don't think UM has ever had to badazz white LB's at the same time.

Go Canes

Luke's head would explode if we took two white LBs....I almost want this to happen just to see his reaction.

I like my LBs to hurt people. The kid makes plays but you would expect someone that big with "4.5" speed to be distroying people in Delaware and i didnt see that in that film.

Luke Keuechly doesn't destroy people, Jeff Luc does. Destroying people is for the fans and can hype the team, but that should fall way down on the list of priorities for a LB recruit

i see what you're saying and we all want huge hits. However, I think what the film does show is his strength. He will obviously need to work on his technique a little at the next level, but he is just manhandling everyone, no matter if it's a qb, rb, or o lineman. definitely a good sign that he's already ahead of the game physically

I love that the staff is willing to look any and everywhere it shows to mean open-minded and great scouting prowess, now with that said he looksgood but with that talent he is up against it scares me because if he isn't dominate i dont want him and if he is dominate i'm not sure if he is dominate because of who he is up against or if he is legit so this hs me a little cautious but i love the size and speed so we need to take a look.

You saw Luke Keuechly's high school film?

Yup, on his rivals profile. Some LBs just dont blow guys up, but still dominate. Spence wasn't a big hitter, he mostly just got guy down. Derrick Johnson was dominant in college at Texas and he was a just get the guy down type of tackler

It sucks but then that just means Staff will focus on Andrew Beck from Tampa Plant HS whom many on here feel is more athletic player. Not mention lets see if Larry Scott can deliver a Tampa Area kid at a position of need in this 2014 class.

Go Canes!
