I don't mind him saying this at all. It's the worst kept secret that this is going on consistently. The smaller programs will continue to be the minor leagues for teams with large NIL budgets to throw around and pick and choose. The NCAA is complicit in this with keeping the transfer rule at unlimited too. No1 is safe from tampering.
