The team seems motivated going into the game. In warm ups, etc. I just don't think we are a good team. I'd like to see us fighting mad all the time, but let's face it -- even if someone drop kicked their kicker, I don't think we benefit from it other than some of us fans thinking we are a tad cooler than we really are.

that's where I have some sympathy for AG as those guys are FIU/FAU caliber players who should be here, yet alone see the field and start. with them being seniors that are supposed to be our best players it is hard to win. however, when we lose, we get blown out and when we win we squeak by.

I've also heard when the going gets tough the tough get going and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

The choir boy and nice guy suggestions seem like typical message board foolishness to attack the coaching staff for our ****** team not having enough street cred and swagger. I remember a team dripping with swagger and ferocity that ate the choir boys fat **** in the desert a few years back.

None of this irrelevant comparison answers the real questions of why this current team comes fired up to play and then gets outplayed. The answer that the bend but don't break passive defense ruins aggressiveness sounds like an excuse for our players not doing their jobs when they are in a position to do so.

We have a team and staff of excuses - players and coaches. Sadly - very little answers right now.
