I think he meant Art Kaufman. Kaufman was brought in to replace TT's DC in 2012. They made a huge improvement in defensive stats. Although, if you look at those stats carefully, they were helped by a pathetic OOC schedule up front to a significant degree. Still, they did improve.
Now the DC at Cincy, it appears that Cincy's defense is stellar.
