Someone please tell me what would happen if our class had this on nsd
Williams
Marshall
Collier
Collins
Taylor
Franklin
Kinchens
Lewis
Hood
Brooks
Alexis
Y Brown
Plus what we have and who ever else were targeting.
Can’t believe these kids don’t see the super team in the making but instead want to leave. Smh.

Go Canes

Nobody will ever sign every kid in South Florida. Even if we go undefeated every year, it won't happen. But just for perspective, this balanced South Florida-only class would have a 247 composite score of 304.91. That would have ranked 4th in the nation last year.

QB- Santino Marriuci
RB- Thad Franklin
RB/ATH- Yulkeith Brown
OL- Marcus Tate
OL- Laurence Seymore
OL- Michael McClaughlin
OL- Ryan Rodriguez
WR- Jacorey Brooks
WR- Troy Stellato
WR- Romello Brinson
WR- Bralon Brown
TE- Chamon Metayer
DT- Leonard Taylor
DT/DE- Tyreak Sapp
DT- Savion Collins
DE- Dallas Turner
DE- Jabari Ishmael
LB- Terrence Lewis
LB- Jaydon Hood
LB- Tyler Johnson
S- James Williams
CB- Jason Marshall
S/CB- Corey Collier-
CB- Markevious Brown
S- Kamren Kinchens

RB Franklin
TE Brantley
WR 2 of: Brinson, Y.Brown, George, Alexis, Skinner
OL: Mclaughlin, Seymour, Rodriguez
DT: Haye
DE: Ishmael
LB: Hammett, Johnson
CB: Burns
S: Kinchens
K: Borealeges

That is very good and realistic^^^
Other possibilities: Hood, T.Miller, A.Daniels or Geter, S.Collins, J.Williams, Knowles, D.Edwards...And obv a few more at WR/DB if needed.

Knowles just committed to FSU and you forgot that Mike ******* Rumph is our CB coach who is batting below the Mendoza Line when it comes to snagging recruits.

We
A. Won the natty and won it with swagger like the old days or like LSU last year

And

B.) we had some huge boosters like the federal government handing out bags left and right and a property tycoon handed out houses to kids families

So sad that Miami has absolutely zero shot with so many of those kids.

But it is what it is. The elite of the elite, for the most part, are going to play the bag game. Yes, the Chaney's and Duke Johnson's will come around occasionally, and they should be applauded for it. But most of the huge fish are jumping to a much richer pond, and I can't blame them one bit. You're 100% correct, even if Miami won back to back national championships, you're not going to get all the elite SFL kids. Too many of them need more money than Miami can offer.

HOWEVER, what's especially disconcerting, is the fact that Miami is so far behind with many of the fringe SFL kids. And by "fringe", I don't mean kids who aren't any good. I mean the slightly lower ranked kids. I know we're not getting James Williams and Jacorey Brooks. Anyone with a brain has known that for well over a year. I mean the lower to mid 4-star kids, kids who aren't getting every single bag in the country thrown at them...those are the kids we're going to whiff on this class and it's more inexcusable than whiffing on Williams and Jason Marshall, etc.

And it's the reason we need to win NOW. There can't be a small step this year. We can't go 8-4 and miss Charlotte and say, "well, it's a step in the right direction". No. We are WAY behind on MANY of the top ranked kids in the state because we've won 13 out of our last 29 football games. You can't suck balls AND have no bags. You're going to wind up with classes ranked in the 20s year after year, and you're never winning anything with classes like that.

MUST. WIN. NOW.

Like, 10-2 or 11-1 is the only thing that's going to save 2021 from being a complete disaster of a class.

How many of those kiDs are still gonna be available by week 8? And how many Will run to the kkk hills the minute any hiccup occurs. They’ll say “yeah you won ten games by a landslide but beat gt by only a field goal”
People will look for any excuse to say bags had nothing to do with it. These kids can literally form a **** globetrotter of a team this year and are gonna look for any reason not to do it.
If you guys think that several sofla blue chippers are gonna flip from those schools at the last minute cause we win 10 games I want the number to your weed guy.

Facts....We will always have a couple kids that are REALLY good that just want to be in Miami and want to be Canes.....it's the other kids that aren't necessarily in the bag game but value going to a program that's at minimum trending in the right direction. CMD got his freebie with the 2020 class, but to land another class like that in 2021, he's going to IMO at minimum get to Charlotte....if that's an 9-3 team with CLOSE losses so be it, but if you lose 4 games you almost had better find a way to beat Clemson or let it come down to a field goal loss. Then, when we play our bowl game (likely a NY6 game) that one becomes a must-win.

I know I know....9-3 regular season with our schedule etc etc etc.....I get it, I know, I'm a flipping BlueWaffle..... but I'm here to tell you that if we get 10 Wins we'll land around 25% of the SoFLA kids on OPs list, not counting the guys we already have.
