Trey Mckinney-Jones

Glad to hear it. Now there's a guy who, as a transfer from the humble Univ of Missouri-KC program, really exceeded expectations.

Thanks for posting those highlights. Was awesome to relive the first acc championship for the Canes. McKinney-Jones with 20 and Larkin 28. That team was amazing and I'm still bitter that they only made it to the Sweet 16. What a disappointment. That team had potential for greatness. But good for TMJ making it to the NBA.

That Sweet 16 game was disappointing. Marquette dominated us from start to finish. They were known as bricklayers from the 3 pt line but really shot it well against us that night, IIRC.

No one could have predicted that Shane would get sick. He wasn't himself, and he was the straw that stirred the drink. That said, they also had two guys that saw time in the NBA, and had the game of their lives.

Great and valid points. Buzz Williams, now HC at Va Tech, was their coach.

Still remember that game. Larkin was really ill that day and it cost us the game.
