He was just saying what possibilities are to find people. AKA if someone transfers out of an SEC school because of depth chart, or if a JUCO guy emerges, or some grades concern that signed nowhere qualifies late.

only thing i can think of would be the Mike Williams type kid that graduated from their current school and can take advantage of the NCAA transfer rule. Otherwise they need to sit a year anyway
