Is quickly becoming one of my favorite players.

He's living up to his ranking AND he's not afraid to talk **** or get in the middle of a scrum.

Totally agree, you don't hear his name called a lot because team don't throw at him much. He has earned respect this year.
 
He never got beat from what I saw, most of the catches were being made around highsmith or jenkins
 
Since I refuse to re-watch the game, how many times was he thrown at? I can remember zero times...
Kid is legit...

Next season will be his last.. Will be a mid to late 1st round pick... He should make all acc this season..
 
Yeah Howard has made a quantum leap this year.

He'll be ready for the NFL as a junior if he wants it.

He's massively lived up to his billing - which makes that Raising Canes video all the more poignant. Golden was hyped about getting him - I'm glad it's worked out.
 
Stars matter, they're nothing without development and coaching but stars do help A LOT

He's our best defensive player....and it's not even close.

I cringe when Wintson juked Perryman on the five. I thought he could have taken him out with a huge hit. We knew there wouldn't be many chances to get big hits on Winston.

But yeah Tracy has been dominate.

He is the only elite guy we have on D right now. Other guys can make the jump next year but for now he's our only elite talent on that side of the ball.
 
Incredible talent. Makes me wonder why he wasn't on the field more last year. I don't want another situation playing the older guys cause they're older but not better (Glenn cook, Romeo Davis, etc)

He didn't really shut down Greene, though he played his role. We dropped hard. We pushed our zones back a solid 5-7 yards and made the windows tighter, but also gave up the underneath stuff in exchange.

denzel is all over the field but i hear he wants to leave for nfl. In addition, McCord and AQM, i think Figs and Kirby will be alot better.

That's what I mean he played his role flawlessly And it's limited Greene. Which I think contributed to the somewhat slow start for Winston since that's his favorite target.
