I fell the same thing is going to happen, 2009 all over again . But I think are chance are a little bit better. This time around.

Debose was from Orlando so its not really the same. We stole Ray Ray and Dye while they KEPT Debose.

This time, Howard is in our backyard.

This is more like Brisset except Golden has more than 2 weeks to rectruit this time
 
Agreed. Debose picked Florida and so will Howard.

When he puts on the Gator hat or does whatever indicating his school choice of Florida, I'm not going to be surprised at all. This kid made his intentions clear numerous times before he put us into his top 3 a week or two before he decided to officially visit on the last visit weekend of this recruiting season.

He visits and now the familiar chattering of recruiting blogs and message board insiders that I've never heard of before today publicly think that Tracy Howard is 50/50 and the Florida staff doesn't feel good about their chances. Ok. :rolleyes:

College isn't in Miami if you want to get technical. Tracy can probably see the stadium from his house, lol

You seem to be pretty dead set on him not coming here. I am curious as to your source...

I like our class with or without Howard so I'm not a homer, but obviously would love for him to be in this class.

Not the same scenario at all. Debose was all UF the whole time. (Wasn't their chatter that Howard was high on us going into the senior season, but didn't feel like he was being made a priority?) Also, there was serious FSU presence in the mix for him as well. Not the same at all to me, other then I do think Howard will pick the turds. Long, established relationships are hard to overcome.
 
I am not counting any of these guys in our class, that way I won't be disappointed..
Some UF folks still say Howard is going there..

When the reporter asked Randy Shannon about that last minute field goal by the Gators Randy responded with

"you guys will never know how much that field goal will help us" or some crap like that.

Many people believe that statement by Tyrone Shanningham was a dig at Meyer and how the Seminole 3 (RR, Dubose, and Dye) wouldn't like that lack of sportsmanship and make them strong UM leans.

Aaaah what a Corch, and what a disaster as a HC.

When I met Urban at the airport last year, he got a good chuckle out of the comment at my expense when I told him I was a Cane fan. Couldn't blame him either. What an absurd comment.
