I spoke with some of the top 2019 prospects about Paradise camp this morning. It's a little long so bare with me
2019 Westminster Christian ATH Demetries Ford 5'8 165LBS / No offers
E: Who were some of the coaches/players that were talking to you and what did they say?
DF: Coach Rumph, Coach Banda, Coach Dugans, CB Sheldrick Redwine & Rayshawn Jenkins, the coaches were telling me that i performed well and i still have a lot of time to grow. Coach Dugans and me were laughing because, i kept telling him i was locking down his WR's and he was joking around saying i got beat every time."
E: What are your thought about the new coaching staff?
DF: So far all of the coaches that I know have been really nice and welcoming, it seems like they're acknowledge my talent and they're not over looking me.
E: What are your thoughts on Miami overall?
DF: Overall I think Miami is a great school from what I've seen so far, it a great campus and I've grown up watching them so they have always been my favorite team."

E: What coaches/players were talking to you during the camp
TC: The DB's coach, they were telling me I have good technique and great ball skills and that i have nice size for a CB/S and I'm still young.
E: Do you notice anything different from the program when it was under Al Golden to Mark Richt
TC: Yes it was more competitive and the coaches and players were more engaged
E: What are your thoughts about Miami in general?
TC: Miami is a great school, it's an amazing football program and the energy around the campus is very high. I could see myself playing there.

E: First off what how was the camp?
MJ: It was my first time actually going to a full college camp so I really liked it. I'm happy it was Miami because I got to see a lot of players that I played with and I got to learn and do drills that they do in practice. It was a good experience
E: Do you feel Miami is showing interest in you?
MJ: Yes, their coaches came to see me during the spring and they told my coaches that i was invited to Paradise Camp, so I think they have a little interest.
E: What a school you grew up rooting for?
MJ: I actually grew up in coconut grove which is like 5 minutes away from the campus so I grew up watching the U a lot.

E: First off how was the camp.
DH: I thought it was a good experience to get looked at and become one of the best LB there. It was really fun to meet a lot of coaches I've never seen before and some of the players.
E: What were your thought of the campus
DH: I love the campus, I got around the campus good and learned what college life is all about. The day of my visit I was surprised they showed me the class room and some other places inside U.M I never been and the pool is big and fun jumping off the diving board.
E: What coaches were talking to you at the camp and what did they tell you
DH: Coach Diaz and two other coaches and some recruiters, they told me that I have great future and great size at LB/OLB and that I did great at LB/OLB. They told me I made some mistakes, but i step it up and surprise them.
E: What are you thoughts about Miami and the new coaching staff?
DH: I think they will get more farther this year and the coaching staff is unbelievable they have something special this coming this fall.
E: What a team you grew up rooting for?
DH: Miami because my cousin Sean Taylor played there

E: Who were some of the coaching talking to you at the camp and what did they say?
MM: Ron Dugans, Mark Ritch, and some other WR coaches, Ron Dugans was telling me that he like my route running, hands, agressiveness, and i'm coachable. Mark Ritch was telling me that he like that I can get open through any coverage. He also was telling me after I catch the ball get yards and make big plays.
E: What are your thoughts of the coaching staff
MM: I feel like this coaching staff could bring this program back and go back to the dominate days
