According to literally my entire section the fix was in. Not the double yards , TOP or 3rd down efficiency

there were like 5-6 penalties total for the whole game. I thought the game was incredibly officiated, they stayed the **** out of the way

The thought did cross my mind that the ACC refs realize that the conference is in mortal danger and the Canes represent the best representation of strength to the rest of the nation.

So glad we don't have to worry about the weakness of the rest of the conference to endanger us getting into the playoffs.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that refs (even surprisingly with us in more recent history) will put their whistles up if you show dominance. If you are kicking a team’s ****, they’ll let more slide than they would in a close game.

When the floodgates open refs relax because they know that their impact on the game isn’t necessary anymore.

Watch pre game press conferences with Mario then watch Billy. It was obvious who was locked in on this game. I’m just mad I didn’t hammer Miami -2.5 with more money

Each team only got two penalties I believe.

I was just shocked to see an ACC crew call a holding penalty in our favor.

I think from an ACC standpoint at least it would behoove them to prop up Miami, if even subtly. What other team could rep the ACC in the playoffs or nationally? Clemson? Embarrassed. FSU? Embarrassed.

Fix was in on what? The 2 roughing calls were obvious and the Baron hit on Mertz obviously wasn't. Didn't notice anything else obvious we got away with. There was one play for them on Brown I thought could have been PI but otherwise the officials were fine.
