Please, explain your stance following this travesty. Just looking for good discussion.

No more "we're waiting for him to fire D'Onfrio," "these aren't his players," or "he's bringing in a great recruiting class." These have all been played out.

We had a former commit and future (potentially) #1 draft pick mocking his hometown team on the sidelines.

We sat there and took it. Just as we have throughout much Golden's tenure.

Please, explain to me we're moving in the right direction.

I hate to be that guy but **** Teddy B. his punk *** is going to need security in Miami. Now on Golden, He is overrated and has done nothing here.

You've taken away my three trump cards.

I have nothing left to argue with.

I really like Golden, but he's not infallible.

Also Teddy Bridgewater is a ****.

Bunch of pussies on this team that talk a lot but don't produce **** when it counts. Chick, Morris, Green, Porter, Highsmith, Sandland, Henderson, Gaines, Armbrister, Burns, Rogers, Cleveland, Gunter. All those guys are useless when it counts against FSU Duke VT and Lou no plays made NONE. U tough is just propaganda ****.

Want to have a " good discussion" start by not calling people slurpers.

Supporters, people like you, etc.

Those who actually believe we're heading in the right direction.

Happy dumbass?

I know your type. You have the emotional stability of a 14 year old girl that is not capable of carrying an adult discussion that is being exemplified by your constant name calling. Really not worth more then I've already wrote.

You've done nothing but support this coaching staff as its embarrassed this program. I concede the name calling is a low blow, but to anyone who actually believes we are making progress, you're either blind or not watching games.

I highly doubt you're looking for a "good discussion", but I'll bite.

Do you think the team is headed in the wrong direction? Simply based on records, we have improved each year he's been here. That's a fact. Out of our 4 losses this year, 3 were to 10 win teams, and the other was the bizarro Va Tech game. Are we at a national championship level yet? Absolutely not. Would I expect them to be? Absolutely not. Are we on the way to a national championship level? That's the important question.

I think Coach D needs to be fired tomorrow, first and foremost. Defense has been exploited far too often over the past 2 years, and adjustments haven't been made as they ought to. Can't blame the talent level, because we're better than that, and we should be able to compensate. Can't blame the offense, because the defense is allowed to force 3 and outs too and give the ball back. D needs to be fired.

Once that happens, we'll begin next year with a new QB (a better one, IMO) a healthy Duke Johnson (remember when we were 7-0 before he was injured?), and a top 5 recruiting class coming in, hungry to make a difference. I think next season will tell us all we really need to know about Al Golden. The roster will be made up entirely of his recruits, and although he hasn't been able to snag the best of the best over the past couple of years, he has accumulated certainly enough talent to win the Coastal.

I wouldn't call myself a slurper, I officially put Golden on the hot seat today (for whatever that's worth). I expect changes next year, and I expect the team to be better. Next year is make or break, in my eyes. 10+ wins and ACCCG or bust.

Good post. In the end I think we will all be disappointed. I just don't see in Golden anything innovative. Coley is really looking like a bad hire as well.

Next year should tell us a lot about Coley as well. He will have a coach's QB in Ryan Williams, and if he coaches him up right we could have a monster year.

So wait, we're supposed to believe we're headed in the right direction based on:

"I expect changes next year, and I expect the team to be better. Next year is make or break, in my eyes. 10+ wins and ACCCG or bust."

and

"I think Coach D needs to be fired tomorrow, first and foremost."

LMGDAO.

This has been our battle cry for over a year now. Well before this year started.

And you can't use the "we've improved our record" as an excuse. Golden said himself ACC Coastal of bust this year. Instead, we've seen a painful regression, particularly on defense. But that's fine. I'll be satisfied with 9 wins and being embarrassed in the Rustled Bowl. Good deal.

I never said YOU'RE supposed to expect anything. Don't really give two ***** what you think.

Don't know what battle cry you're referring too. Haven't been on this forum for "over a year now". I form my own opinions, if you want to lump me together with anyone else who hasn't soiled themselves over the loss today, then that's up to you.

Finally, not sure where you saw that I said I was satisfied. In fact, I said I put him on the hot seat. Making up **** and not even reading posts. This is why I highly doubted you actually wanted a discussion. Lesson learned.
