He's been downgraded to a 3*. If he doesn't improve drastically, he probably won't even be a take for us. If he is, you got to believe we had some major recruiting failure at LB, and Manny's not going to let that happen.

That's what they all mean by "gotta secure the bag". Tis the season to buy T-bills and War Bonds. TIPS are hot with the kids these days too.

Don't pay attention to rankings. Now, if he has a subpar senior season while other targets are excelling and continuing to improve, then you could see a case (likely) where he's dropped. But I doubt that happens with Howard. He's good.
