Unless we're dropping Coach D' Pinga for an renowned DC and we're dropping 1+ mil for him, we will not see any improvement and may even take a step back in the grand scheme of things. All the players we've recruited now and are recruiting and building relationships for 2015, 16 and beyond is for the system we have NOW. All the weight we told players to put on or take off is for the system we have NOW. All the **** we've engrained into our players heads is for this system. Imagine changing the scheme midway through the "process" and basically nullifying everything we've done...

I don't like Coach D' Pinga, but i think it's too risky to get another DC to change the scheme.
