To clarify a report out there right now, Tim Irvin is not visiting Miami today per a source within the program. He is in Miami today, but as I mentioned last night, Miami is not interested in him. They are looking for bigger safeties and feel good with what they have coming in the next couple of classes. Irvin would not be eligible this upcoming season anyways.

Pete, is there no chance he can play CB? I guess if the staff feels like the 2017 and 2018 CB/S classes will be top notch then he might not be needed, but IMO it doesn't hurt to take a look at Irvin for CB depth

Wonder if Auburn banned him from attending in any other sec team. Because if not he will be at SC. My guess they will not allow them to join another SEC team

you and Geo are confusing me

Pete was the one who confirmed it to me that Miami said he will not be visiting.

I was told through one of his lil league coaches this morning that Tim was looking to visit either this week or next week.

If we are slow playing a kid like TBandy, no way Richt takes Irvin. He is like 5'8. Def not a fit for our scheme.. And put Irvin in that group of kids that had their chance to be here but passed. (did he even visit?) Good luck to him at West Virginia or whereever he ends up but it wont be here.

Kind of sad that the kid hated the place after a year. Did he not see the program for what it was for the 2 years they were recruiting him?

Was a favored freshman starter, then ran into some trouble with the coaching staff.

he'll end up at a school like south carolina state or some other small school
