I was actually talking about "talent wise", but for the sake of your argument, the defenses from '06-present have all been awful.

I do not recall any other time during that period where we went into a game and dominated like we did that night against the #3 team in the nation (in their stadium).

Its shows even more that having a good D at Miami isn't rocket science. Keep it simple stupid. Let Miami athletes do what they do best, be aggressive and get after it.

They were 33rd, 26th, 29th, 22nd which isn't all that bad considering. IMO Randy was one of the worst HC's ever at a major university and still can't get a DC job but even he could field a respectable defense.

I think the talent now is as good, better then it was during those 4 years.
